“As practice makes perfect, I cannot but make progress; each drawing one makes, each study one paints, is a step forward” – Vincent van Gogh
Our family values learning and growing by encouraging creativity and developing skills. Our art lessons focus on these values. We believe that art teaches many life skills including solving problems and making decisions; developing an informed perception; presenting a vision; strengthening self-confidence and self-discipline; fostering imagination; and completing tasks.
Our personal art is a reflection of our love for all things creative. Colors, reflections, light, shape and value working together to please the eye and encourage the soul. Eric Liddell described his passion for running in this statement, “God has made me fast, and when I run I feel His pleasure.” Having been endowed by God with a special talent (art, music, etc.), fortunate is the child of God who discovers his or her talent and uses it to bless others.
